N & L Supplies are proud to be an appointed Black Empowered (BWO) agent for the Klinger range of products. These products include gland packings, gasket material, cut gaskets, spiral gaskets. Having dealt with Klinger for many years, we have developed a strong working relationship with Klinger, and have first hand technical support for any of N & L Supplies clients.

Compressed fibre
A range of KLINGERSIL® calendered materials with combinations of asbestos free fibres, binders and fillers to suit a wide range of applications.

Graphite
Pure exfoliated graphite products with stainless steel reinforcements for improved handling and blowout resistance.

Mica
Asbestos free sealing material based on mica and reinforced with a stainless steel tanged insert.

Millboard
A range of asbestos free millboards used mainly for thermal and acoustic insulation.

PTFE
A range of modified PTFE based materials, which offer the chemical resistance of PTFE with increased mechanical strength and resistance to cold and hot flow under compressive loading.

Rubber
Application properties for a wide range of elastomers used in the fluid sealing industry.

Vegetable fibre
A low cost sealing solution for low temperature and low pressure applications. Its uses are mainly recognized in the automotive industry.

KLINGERSIL® C-4324
An economic grade based on a mixture of aramid and glass fibres with a nitrile rubber binder. Suitable for general industrial service including oils, hydrocarbons, low pressure steam and water.

KLINGERSIL® C-4400
High quality non-asbestos grade based on aramid fibres with a nitrile rubber binder. A general purpose material for many industrial sealing applications.

KLINGERSIL® C-4408
High quality non-asbestos grade based on aramid fibres with a nitrile rubber binder and stainless steel wire mesh reinforcement. A general purpose material for many industrial-sealing applications.

KLINGERSIL® C-4430
Optimised combination of synthetic fibres and glass-fibre bound with NBR. Premium quality jointing with high temperature resistance in steam and water as well as excellent resistance to oils and hydrocarbons.

KLINGERSIL® C-4438
Optimised combination of synthetic fibres and glass-fibre bound with NBR and stainless steel wire mesh reinforcement. Premium quality jointing with high temperature resistance in steam and water as well as excellent resistance to oils and hydrocarbons.

KLINGERSIL® C-4461 (top-mic)
A combination of specially selected mica, synthetic fibres and fillers to give a sealing material with outstanding flexibility and excellent stability in steam.

KLINGERSIL® C-4468 (top-mic wire)
A combination of specially selected mica, synthetic fibres and fillers to give a sealing material with outstanding flexibility and excellent stability in steam. Stainless steel (S/S) wire reinforced.

KLINGERSIL® C-4500
Top quality KLINGERSIL® grade based on carbon fibres with a nitrile rubber binder. A premium quality sealing material with outstanding resistance to alkaline media and steam.

KLINGERSIL® C-8200
Specialist grade based on a unique blend of fibres with an acid resisting binder. Specifically designed for aggressive chemical environments.

KLINGER® Quantum
The first fibre reinforced gasket material that is HNBR bound. It provides higher levels of flexibility at elevated temperatures and is suitable for a wide range of media.
